I bought a loop for.my 90 year old parents so that they could see thier great grand children. They are tech savvy any more and the loopgive me control to add pictures for them from the app. I decided to get one for my house becouse of your CS and Tech Christina. She walked me though months of trial and error fixes for the loop that was replaced when the new firmware wasn't compatible. You CS is one of the very few services in this world that truly still is customer oriented. I cant stress that enough.

I am fortunate to be within walking distance of my grandson. My best friend since first grade will have her first grandchild this fall. My wife saw this on Good Morning America and Mentioned it to me as it would be great way to share pictures with her 95 year old mother. I looked at the offering and how it would work and agreed. We initially had some problems with the Frame, however, Customer Support was great and helped us work through those problems quickly! I am adding more people to our family group and my mother-in-law enjoys seeing the new pictures show up! My mother-in-law spends time looking at the frame every day to see new pictures and the captions under them.

Are my family's photos private and secure?
